If you’re able to drop the faulty device into us, no appointment is needed. Just bring it in, tell us whats wrong and leave the rest to us.
For a small diagnostic fee, we will diagnose and contact you with an estimate for repair.
If you chose to go ahead, the diagnostic fee will be put towards the cost of the full repair.
If you choose not to, then you pay no more than the initial diagnostic fee.
Bench repairs are looked at on a first-come-first-serve basis.

If you require us to assess a faulty device which is unable to be removed from its “home” then you must make an appointment. Contact our front desk to schedule an appointment. We can even come to you!
Please note that these types of assessments and repairs are charged at an hourly rate from start to finish.
Once assessed, we will provide you with an estimate for the full repair.
If you choose not to go ahead then you will only be charged for the time we spent assessing the fault.
